We are looking for a School Director for our Modřany location who understands that leading a small team, caring for families, and hitting commercial targets all at once is not for everyone. What the role involves:

• Day-to-day management of the school — team, operations, and quality of teaching

• Driving student enrolment and loyalty — setting and hitting targets, following up with leads, converting trial lessons into long-term enrolments

• Lead management: converting enquiries into enrolments and ensuring an excellent experience for every family

• Local marketing, community events and partnerships — positioning Kids&Us as the go-to English school in the area

• Managing social media presence — primarily Instagram and Facebook — to grow local visibility

• Building relationships with families and the local community

• Coordinating with teachers and academic coordinators to maintain teaching standards

• Reporting to the Area Manager on a weekly basis

What we're looking for:

• Experience managing a small team — in education, retail, hospitality, or a similar service environment

• Commercial mindset: comfortable with targets, follow-up calls, and sales conversations

• Experience or genuine interest in social media management (Instagram, Facebook)

• Strong communicator — warm with families, direct and reliable with the team

• Organised and proactive: able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail

• Passion for children's education and genuine interest in the Kids&Us method

• Czech — native or near-native level

• English — minimum B2 level, both written and spoken

• Based in Prague

• Fixed gross salary 50,000 CZK/month

Details:

• Location: Kids&Us Modřany, Praha 12

• Start date: ideally 1 July 2026 — earlier welcome

• Contract: full-time

• Working hours: Monday–Thursday 10:00–18:00 (on-site), Friday 09:00–12:00 on-site + remainder of working day from home · 40 hours/week
