Job Description

Saint Anthony’s High School is seeking  reliable and dedicated school bus drivers to support transportation needs for our international student dormitory. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive community and help ensure students are safely transported to and from school. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate school buses between Saint Anthony’s High School (SAHS) and the student dormitory in Farmingdale.
• Complete core route:
  • Morning Route:
    • Pick up bus at St. Anthony's High School: 6:45 AM
    • Pick up students at dorm: 7:15 AM
    • Drop off at St. Anthony's High School: 7:45 AM
  • Afternoon Run:
    • Pick up students at St. Anthony's High School: 2:30 PM
    • Drop students off at dorm: 3:00 PM
    • Return bus to St. Anthony's High School: 3:30 PM
• Additional driving shifts available, including late bus shifts and weekend trips
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for students during transportation

Compensation:

• $45 per route | $90 per day for core route
• Saturday shifts: $150–$300/day
• Late bus shifts (3PM – 7PM): $200+
• Monthly earning potential: $600–$3,000 depending on frequency of shifts

CDL Training & Incentives:

• CDL not required to apply — training provided and paid
  • $200 for permit class
  • $1,000 after passing permit test
  • $2,000 after passing road test and committing to 4+ days/week
• Completion Bonus:
  • $3,200 for drivers who commit to 4+ days/week throughout the school year

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have clean driving record and be able to pass background check
• No prior CDL experience necessary — we will train you
