Job Description

SAR Academy, a Modern Orthodox, co-educational day school in Riverdale, NY, is seeking an experienced School Bus Driver to join our team beginning April 2026.
Position Details: - This is a 10 month position (September - June) - Follows Academic Calendar - Weekdays Only - Split Shifts (AM and PM Routes) - Report to the bus in Riverdale (Bronx) by 6:00 AM - Guaranteed 40 Hours per week
Requirements:
- Prior experience driving a large school bus - Valid CDL Class B with Air Brake and School Bus Endorsements - Article 19-A Compliant - English Speaking
Compensation:
- $31.70 per hour ($52,000 annual salary (September - June)) - $7,500 Bonus for experienced candidates 
$1,500 upon hire
$6,000 paid quarterly during 2026-2027 school year
