BCaBA - Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst - School-Based

Progressive Talent Solutions is partnering with an ABA provider owned and run by BCBAs. They're hiring a BCaBA for their nonprofit partner school in the Brandon/Valrico area.

About the site: The site is part private school and part ABA clinic. Everyone working on site is part of the Behavioral Progression team, so it feels like a clinic, and you also work alongside the school's teachers. After school, the same site runs as a clinic.

Location: Brandon/Valrico (Hillsborough County). Your whole schedule is at this one site, with no travel.

Schedule: Full-time, during school hours. Part-time considered.

Pay: $28–$35/hr, depending on experience (W-2)

What you'll do

• Help with functional behavior assessments and behavior plans, under BCBA supervision
• Train and support RBTs and work closely with classroom teachers
• Collect and analyze data, track outcomes, and report progress
• Work with families and the on-site clinical team

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in a related field with ABA coursework
• An active BCaBA certification from the BACB
• Strong communication, organizational and people skills
• Ability to pass a background check
