School-Based Therapist (LPC or LCSW)
Lexington, VA

We’re hiring a School-Based Therapist (LPC or LCSW) who wants meaningful work with adolescents, a manageable caseload, and a predictable schedule that supports life outside of work.

You’ll step into a school-based clinical role providing behavioral health services to middle and high school students. You’ll have full clinical support while building meaningful relationships with students and making a direct impact on behavioral health in your community.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $69,000–$81,000 based on experience
• Medical insurance: 100% employer-paid employee premium on available plan
