💰 Salary Range: $72,500.00 - 75,000.00

The salary range for this position is $72,500- 75,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley area. The Program Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and oversight for student- and community-based programs. This role manages staff and volunteers, ensures program quality and compliance, and drives continuous improvement to achieve program outcomes.

The Program Supervisor plays a key role in planning, implementing, and evaluating services while building strong partnerships with schools and community organizations.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Supervision

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff and volunteers
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive team environment
  • Plan and assign work to ensure effective service delivery

Program Management & Operations

  • Oversee daily program operations and ensure alignment with goals and funding requirements
  • Monitor program performance, outcomes, and quality
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and agency policies
  • Manage program resources within budget guidelines

Direct Services & Student Support

  • Provide case management, referrals, and resource navigation
  • Facilitate workshops, group activities, and student events
  • Support youth engagement in enrichment and community-based opportunities
  • Deliver services using trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices

Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and community partners
  • Coordinate services to expand access for students and families
  • Represent the program in meetings and collaborative initiatives

Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Track program data and use insights to guide decision-making
  • Support program planning, evaluation, and reporting

✅ Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in education, youth development, or human services
  • Experience supervising or leading staff
  • Experience working with adolescents in school-based or community programs
  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to meet Community Care Licensing requirements

Preferred Experience

  • Implementation of evidence-based curriculum
  • Community partnership development
  • Training staff, volunteers, or students
