This is a full-time supervisory position under the supervision of the Program Director. This position includes clinical management and supervision of client care, management of day-to-day activities in the school and city, clinical supervision of staff and monitoring of school contracts.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in mental health or related field from an accredited College or University. Must have at least 2 years’ experience providing mental health services.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to gain knowledge of current practice management system, electronic medical record, Microsoft Word, text paging, Internet, and Intranet.
Must be licensed as an LISW or LPCC by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board and must have supervisor’s endorsement.
