What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a school-based caseload (Options for K–12) providing direct therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to help students shine
• Conduct evaluations, write IEP goals, and track progress with a team that’s got your back

Pay & Perks:

• Salary: $72,000–$90,000 depending on experience
• Pay spread across 12 months (no work during the summer!)
• Full-time W2 position with a comprehensive benefits package (401k. Group Medical, PTO, CEUs, and more!)
• Regular check-ins, mentorship, and a dedicated SLP team that actually shows up for you

What You Bring to the Table:

• Texas SLP license (or on your way to getting it)
• A heart for working with kids and making therapy meaningful
• Outgoing, fun personality—we love people who love what they do
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus (but not required)
• Ability to work in Houston or the surrounding suburbs. (Openings are in multiple districts - work in the environment best suited for you!)
