
Make a Difference as a School-Based Mental Health Clinician
North Homes Children & Family Services is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Trainee or fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) to provide mental health services within the Bemidji School District.
This is a meaningful opportunity to support children, adolescents, and families while working in a collaborative school-based environment. As part of the school-based mental health team, you will provide therapeutic services that help students strengthen emotional regulation, coping skills, relationships, and overall well-being while supporting their success at school, home, and in the community.

Compensation
This position utilizes a productivity-based compensation model that includes a guaranteed hourly base rate plus additional earnings for completed billable services.
Employees are expected to meet a minimum productivity target of 28 hits per week.
