Full timeUnder direction, provides individual, family and group therapy to students enrolled at Phoenix Rising Alternative High School using evidence-based practices by performing the following duties.
Safety-Sensitive Position: Yes (as defined under Oklahoma Statute Title 63 § 427.8
All candidates conditionally offered transfer, promotion or initial hiring into a DOT/safety-sensitive position shall submit to testing for drugs and alcohol and test negative before performing any job functions that are safety-sensitive or require a CDL. External job applicants with a confirmed positive drug or alcohol test result shall be denied employment and shall be required to wait one year before applying for another position within Tulsa County.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Conducts intake assessments with all new students following admission to Phoenix Rising Alternative School.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with the involvement and consent of the students and their support system, making referrals to community partners when appropriate.
• Plan and facilitate group interventions based on trends in student population.
• Participate in staffing cases with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide information and consultation to school staff regarding best practices in working with justice involved youth.
• Respond to calls from clients and/or families for crisis solutions.
• Provide support to members of the student's immediate family throughout the change process.
• Complete documentation regarding student progress/regress including documentation regarding each family/student contact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or Human Relations; and 3 years full-time paid employment in family focused counseling.
Valid OK Driver’s License possessed for at least 6 months
Defensive driving with Tulsa County within 6 months of hired
Possession of a professional license or eligibility for supervised licensure (LPC, LMSW, LMSW-US, LCSW) as approved by the relevant state governing board.
