JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Program Director with day to day on-site oversight and operation of the after school program.
  • Oversee ratios and combining of classrooms at the end of day.
  • Oversee implementation of curriculum and daily schedule.
  • Oversee cleaning of classrooms at the end of day.
  • Covering staff absences.
  • Provide support to staff for development and training under direction from Program Director and Education & Training Coordinator.
  • Oversee completion of progress reports 1x year.
  • Assist Program Director with departures and outgoing buses.
  • Assist with the promotion of company and school age child care programs to the community.
  • Update classroom required postings.
  • Bring all concerns to the Program Director.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Suitable BRC
  • At least 20 years old
  • 12 months of supervised Out-of-School time work experience as a Group Leader
  • 2:30PM-5:30PM
