  • Following school policies, data protection requirements and safeguarding procedures at all times

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience working in a school office (highly desirable)
  • Relevant experience in an administrative or reception-based role
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using school management information systems, or the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional, friendly and approachable manner
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • A good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
  • A thorough understanding of safeguarding responsibilities within a school environment
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Why work with Ripple?

  • Weekly pay and holiday pay
  • Access to training and professional development
  • A friendly, supportive team who get to know you
  • Support from experienced education professionals
  • Further opportunities within schools across the North East
