Our client is a Leading Beauty Institute

School Administrator (5-days)

Responsibilities:

Assist to Operation Team to perform all administration tasks
Assist students to apply for the Continuing Education Fund (CEF) for their course
Support in updating internal reports, records and documents, and filing and data maintenance
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

High Diploma or above in any discipline
3 years or above relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Self-motivated, strong communication skills, responsible, positive and hardworking
Excellent PC Applications knowledge such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Immediate availability will be an advantage
