Deine neuen Aufgaben:
Eigenverantwortliche Bedienung der Produktionsanlage sowie Kontrolle und Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses und Behebung von allfälligen Störungen
Einhaltung der Produktspezifikationen, Umsetzung der geplanten Produktionsmengen und laufende Optimierung des Produktionsprozesses
Einhaltung der Richtlinien in Bezug auf Qualität, Hygiene, Sauberkeit und Ordnung
Erstellung von Produktionsprotokollen
Stellvertretung des Schichtleiters
Deine aussagekräftigen Stärken:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf und/oder Berufserfahrung in der chemisch-technischen Produktion
EDV-Kenntnisse, technisches Verständnis
Genauer Arbeitsstil, hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Zeiteinteilung (Schichtdienst)
Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

Leistungsgerechte Entlohnung, großzügige Schichtprämie von monatlich € 377,07 brutto.
Dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld in einem internationalen Konzern
Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn liegt für diese Position nach abgeschlossener, erfolgreicher Einarbeitung bei monatlich € 2.655,30 brutto (exkl. Schichtprämie). Die tatsächliche Entlohnung orientiert sich jedoch an aktuellen
Marktgehältern.
