· Du führst eine Schicht im Team Adjustage der Brammenerzeugung Bruckhausen disziplinarisch und fachlich
· In Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung und den Team- bzw. Schichtmitarbeitenden und unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Verfügbarkeitsvorgaben gewährleistest Du einen sicheren und effizienten Betriebsablauf der zur Adjustage zählenden Produktions- und Nebenanlagen der Stranggießanlage n 3 inklusive aller zugeordneter Brammenläger im Werksbereich Bruckhausen
· Du planst und koordinierst den Einsatz deiner Schichtmitarbeitenden
· Du überwachst und stellst die Einhaltung betrieblicher und gesetzlicher Auflagen/Richtlinien zur Arbeitssicherheit, zum Umweltschutz und zum Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen sicher
· Du initiierst und führst erforderliche Unterweisungen bzw. Schulungen zur Arbeitssicherheit, zu Betriebsanweisungen, zum Umweltschutz und dem Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen durch
· Du stimmst Dich kontinuierlich innerhalb des eigenen Teams der Adjustage, dem Team Service und dem Team Gießen der Brammenerzeugung Bruckhausen sowie mit der übergeordneten Planung und den Folgeaggregaten ab
· Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung sowie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Industriemeister:in, idealerweise in der Fachrichtung Hüttentechnik oder Logistik
· Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Anlagen/Bereichen
· Eine hohe Personalführungskompetenz zeichnet Dich aus
· Du besitzt eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, bist ausgesprochen teamfähig, kommunizierst stark und löst Konflikte kompetent
· Du denkst bereichsübergreifend und strategisch
· Du bist flexibel, belastbar und besitzt ein gutes Durchhaltevermögen
· Du kennst Dich mit SAP und den Microsoft Office Programmen aus
