The Scheme Transition Analyst role sits within the Transitions team at Rothesay whose core responsibilities include working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to support the scheme implementation (“onboarding”) of new clients covering all de-risking transaction types. The Scheme Transition Analyst will become involved with a new client from the point of initial due diligence and will remain involved through data cleanse to final premium adjustments and issuance of Individual Policies, if applicable.
The team is formed of experienced analysts and managers, and works closely with Pricing Actuaries, Business Development, Technology, and the Liability Operations teams. As a Scheme Transition Analyst, you will have the opportunity to look after all aspects of new scheme transactions and be responsible for the trade implementation in-house and ongoing client relationship management with the scheme. Automation is key to long term business scalability and continued efficiency drives will ensure the team remains the go-to option for new business transactions. The work is fast paced and constantly expanding - the role presents a great opportunity to join an exciting, technical, and dynamic project-based team.
