Job Family Group:

Operations Group

Leading and managing daily operation, finish goods delivery, and production schedule, detailed as below:

1. To be plant tag to coordinate all interface activities between Tianjin plant and MPS team service provider and to acting as scheduling supervisor to prepare and issue weekly production schedule and finish goods delivery daily operation management.

2. Ensure the HSSE compliance and continuous improvement, statistics and analyze related KPIs, OEE, Volume per FTE etc., and leading team to complete the production plan timely, improve the team’s efficiency based on CI strategy.

3. Support the team to launch the new product depend on the GSC strategy.

4. Follow the Minimum Quality Standard & QA Menu to ensure 100% implementation of working instruction.
