Night & Day Shift Nursing Staff coordinator

Our client is looking for a coordinator for their agency. The agency is a go between nursing facilities and nurses. It is 24-hour operation 7 days a week. The medical facility will reach out and request nursing staff for a particular timeframe from a set date. Frequently it can be within the hour/day.

Your Role:

• Research the closest available nursing staff to the facility

• Contact the nursing staff and request their availability

• Co-ordinate their shifts matching the requirements of the client

• Ensure they are ready and arrive at the facility on the specified dates and times.

This is a fast-paced working environment and requires a professional multitasker. You must be able to think on your feet and have good computer skills. You will need to make friends with the phone as it will be a big part of your role.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work day & Night Shift hour (SA times)
  Open to work 5-6 days as needed, (we do try for 5 days)
  Weekend work included in the 5/6 days
  Working on holidays as the care does not stop being needed on ANY day

• High speed fiber line (above 50 Mbps)

• Core i5/i7 or more computer/ 16 RAM

• Additional screen

• Flexibility with picking up a weekend day shift if required.
• Must be able to work in a team
• typing speed 45+
