Meridian Services offers person-centered supports and cares to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities across a diverse range of settings. These include Residential Services, In-Home Services, and Case Management Services. Today, we have 30 group homes, 150 In-Home person served, and over 100 Case Managers across the state of Minnesota. Job Title: Scheduling Manager
Location: Golden Valley, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday typical daytime business hours (typically between the hours of 7am-5pm) with some evenings as needed. Mondays typically will have evening hours each week. Position also requires a rotating on-call schedule shared with a team of schedulers during the week and weekends.
Wage: $50,000 annual salary including Full Time company benefits

Essential Job Duties:
Include, but not limited to, managing schedules on Dayforce Software, supporting the scheduling email account, contacting staff about picking up or changing their schedules, answering Direct Support Professional questions, troubleshooting scheduling issues, complete administrative tasks associated with supporting of the programs and additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• Must have experience working with computers, specifically Microsoft Office products.
• Must be detail-oriented, have analytical skills, great customer service, and be calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must document well, be well-organized and good at follow through.
• Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check
• Successful clearance of Motor Vehicle Background Check and acceptable driving record per Company Policy
