Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $25.00 - $29.00 Hourly

Job Shift: Afternoon/2nd shift
Job Category: ManagementJoin our team in Maplewood as a full-time Scheduling Manager! This position is integral in providing an exceptional patient experience and assisting with the successful running of day-to-day operations in the clinic.
Who We Are
Community Dental Care is Minnesota's largest provider of comprehensive dental care for people of all ages on public programs. We operate five clinics across the state, including the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo.
Scheduling Manager Responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day operations of Scheduling Coordinators and their duties
- In charge of training of new Scheduling Coordinators
- Address patient concerns if a challenging situation arises
- Address provider’s schedule changes to support their schedule workflow
- Back-up for Treatment Coordinator as needed
- Inform patients of clinic protocols and procedures
- Perform all Scheduling Coordinator duties
- Coach and mentor Scheduling Coordinators/Treatment Coordinators

Manager hours:
- M -TH 2 AM shifts and 2 PM shifts (1 hour lunch)
- - AM shifts 7AM to 4PM
- - PM shifts 2PM-9PM
- Fridays alternating 7am-3pm and 9am-5:30pm (30 minute lunch)

Qualifications:
- Minimum two+ years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial role
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced within MS Office or other computer software
