Are you passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences? Nalchajian Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator to join our thriving practice in Fresno and Clovis, CA.
Please note, this position will be based across both the Fresno and Clovis offices, with time spent at each location as needed.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Creating Exceptional First Impressions – Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their orthodontic journey.
• Patient Appointment Scheduling – managing appointments for new and returning patients utilizing the appropriate schedule templates.
• Patient Appointment Status – Confirm that appointment reminders are being sent out, follow-up with unconfirmed appointments, and reschedule no-shows.
• Practice Growth – Ensure that the schedule allows for the appropriate amount of doctor time, fill openings as necessary and discuss any major changes with the clinical team.
• Professional Communication – Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
• Experience working in an orthodontic or general dental office is an asset, but not necessary.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
• Keen attentions-to-detail and time management skills.
