The scheduling coordinator lead is responsible for the daily operations, service or function assigned. Additional duties based on needs of office. Coordinating referrals and follow up imaging for patients. Cross-train to assist with surgical scheduling as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Medium work: Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, push and pull.
WORK CONTACT GROUP:
All services, employees, medical staff, patients, visitors, vendors, various regulatory and professional agencies.
REPORTS TO: Practice Manager
CAREER PATH: Supervisor or Manager
Pay Range: $20.50 mid $24.20 max $26.60
