AccordCare is a home care agency seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator. To be considered for this role, you must have experience in home care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scheduling caregivers to meet the needs of clients.
• Update EMR system with schedule changes and visit authorizations.
• Communicates with team members across different departments to effectively coordinate client care.
• Makes sure complaints regarding scheduling are adequately resolved.
• Participates in the on-call scheduling rotation.
• Other duties as needed.

Role Qualifications:

• One year minimum of home care scheduling experience.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)
