Scheduling Coordinator will handle all aspects of scheduling to include, OR time with proper procedure listed. Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for working rotating day, evening, and weekend hours. Scheduling Coordinator will maintain employee calendars and schedule call sign ups as needed. Scheduling Coordinators will be responsible for answering all scheduling calls from staff and offices.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent education with knowledge of standard office equipment required
Experience
Computer and word processing knowledge and experience required Two years of surgical care experience preferred
Qualifications
Above average organizational skills with attention to detail work required Strong skills in reading, writing, spelling, grammar, punctuation and mathematical calculations required Ability to work in a stressful environment required Competent to successfully interact with physicians, offices and staff according to their special needs which may apply based on the age of the patient served
