Essential Functions:

• Manages incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintains CHHA Schedule
• Conducts comprehensive client intakes
• Ensures timely and accurate data entry of client information
• Schedules CHHA team members for both on and off campus clients/residents
• Review agreements with clients and obtain signatures

Qualifictions:

• Minimum of two (2) years related experience in a health care setting, preferably home care, long term care, or hospital
• PC literate with knowledge of payroll and scheduling software
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Demonstrates strong communication and relationship building skills
• Availability for evening and weekend on-call hours to handle emergencies is essential
