Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the management of all scheduling functions through the proficient use of the scheduling module. Utilizes excellent problem-solving and customer service skills to ensure effective staff scheduling and accurate timekeeping. Provides administrative support to multiple leaders and departments. Assists department leaders with ongoing staff education/training pertaining to the scheduling module.
Schedule Monday - Friday - 8:30 am-5:00 pm, working every 4th weekend. The weekend shift is a 10-hour shift from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. 2 holidays per year.

Requirements
1. High school diploma or GED required, associate’s degree preferred
2. Minimum of 2 years related scheduling experience
