ExamWorks is looking for a detail oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible to schedule and coordinate appointments with clients, physicians and examinees. This position ensures that client specific requirements for provider specialty and location are met, and that all ancillary services are arranged.
The schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm CT.
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be on site two weeks at a time, about every 2-3 months. This is to ensure all outgoing mail is being handled
