Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage schedules for both owned and partner vessels, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Address schedule exceptions and irregularities by analyzing root causes and implementing practical solutions to reduce delays.
• Maintain and update vessel information systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration across platforms.
• Create and manage operational routes within the system as needed.
• Communicate effectively with partners, internal teams, and local agencies to support safe and punctual vessel operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to daily emails and operational inquiries.
• Support contingency planning and assist in executing corrective actions during operational disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Prior experience in shipping operations, scheduling, or logistics coordination is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage exceptions and disruptions effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and external agencies.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules and system data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling or logistics systems; experience with maritime software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
