Scheduling Coordinator | Monsey, NY · $25–27/hour

About the Role This is a coordination role at the center of a busy caregiving operation — you'll be the person making sure every shift is covered, every caregiver is where they need to be, and every family has someone to call. It requires equal parts organization and people skills, and the ability to stay calm when schedules fall apart and need to be rebuilt fast. Full training is provided, making this a great fit for someone earlier in their career looking to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coverage

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure all shifts are properly staffed
• Arrange substitute or replacement caregivers when availability changes

Communication

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, families, and caregivers on scheduling matters
• Handle coverage questions professionally and in a timely manner

Administration

• Maintain organized scheduling records and documentation
• Track and communicate scheduling updates across all relevant parties

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Able to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
• Background in scheduling, healthcare coordination, customer service, or office administration preferred — but not required
• Comfortable being in frequent contact with families and caregivers throughout the day
