Neal R. Gross & Co. (NRGCO), a leader in court reporting and transcription services, is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Scheduling Associate to join our team. This role is critical in coordinating legal proceedings and meetings while ensuring exceptional client service.
We need a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-focused professional, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You have a proven ability to manage complex schedules, resolve problems efficiently, and adapt to new technologies and procedures. LOCATION: This can be a fully remote role for someone with Court Reporting industry experience. Non industry applicants please only apply if you are in the DMV area and willing to work in-office with potential to work remotely.
