About the Role

We're looking for a tech-savvy, highly organised Scheduling & Operations Officer to join our operations team. Working closely with our Scheduling Manager, you'll share responsibility for keeping our field operations running smoothly - coordinating technician schedules, fielding client enquiries, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a full-time role based across our Botany and Castle Hill offices, with the flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week. As we continue to expand our IT support field operations across NSW and nationally, this role is expected to grow with it, making it a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop alongside a scaling business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technician schedules and action updates or change requests as they arise
  • Monitor day-to-day client and team needs to ensure proactive, smooth operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support timesheet management, contract, and PO administration
  • Support our recruitment processes and technician onboarding and offboarding
  • Support a range of administrative functions across the business
  • Occasionally visit client sites for team check-ins or meetings

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, or operations
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with solid problem-solving instincts

Essential Requirements

  • Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle for occasional site visits
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one before starting
  • Police check as part of onboarding process
