The Scheduling and Appointment Management Coordinator is a supportive role within the Assistant Coordinator team working closely with the care coordination teams and reporting directly to the reporting directly to the Vice president, Serefin Health. Acts as a supportive member working with the scheduling program leads, program management team, care coordinators, and families to ensure the timely management of appointments.
This position is dynamic in nature and will require an empathetic and dedicated team player who demonstrates creativity and innovation, while also being caring, motivational, and dedicated.

We enhance corporate EAP programs by providing nurses who can assist with medical questions and understanding how to maximize the benefits available to them.
We add value to loyalty, rewards, and credit card programs.
We reduce insurance company costs by ensuring clients use the available services efficiently.
We build bespoke contact centre services that improve the brand experience for our client's customers.
