And at the European Shared Services Center based in Cornellà de Llobregat, with more than 300 employees, we support the group's various subsidiaries of all Europe and other regions. We have built an outstanding multicultural environment composed by employees of around 30 different nationalities.

We are looking for a Scheduler with French and German, based in Barcelona (Cornella)

You will be working with our Drivers and other Schedulers to plan our liquid gas deliveries to our business customers across the Northern Continent so France, Benelux and Germany.

As a Scheduler you will be predominantly responsible for

• Forecasting and scheduling to fulfil customer requirements

• Scheduling available resources (drivers, equipment and product) to meet customer demand

• Using initiative and data to react to unplanned changes

• Customer Services

The successful candidate will require the following key skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Ability to work both autonomously and within a group

• Analytical thinking, attention to details

• Must be able to make decisions based on the information provided

• Organisational and problem solving skills

• Previous Customer Service and/or logistical experience is an advantage but not mandatory

• Excellent computer literacy skills

As we are scheduling for the Northern Continent, we are looking for a scheduler with multiple language capabilities comprising two or more languages of the following:

• English (mandatory as our company language)

• German and French

• Dutch is always a plus

We are offering to work in a flexible team that shares the work following interesting working time schemes to cover in all countries of the region a 24/7 service. This position follows a fixed 2x1 shift pattern (two weeks of work followed by one week off), with 10-hour working days from Monday to Friday (flexible start between 7:30 and 9:00 + 1 hour break), complemented by evening and weekend on-call duties until 23:00, which are compensated through an additional monthly shift premium and daily on-call payments.
