Job Profile Summary

ONEOK is seeking a Schedulerfor theUnregulated NGL (NaturalGasLiquids)Commercial group,with primary responsibility forfacilitatingpurity product movements on assets located inone or more of ONEOK’s key operating areas, including theMid-Continent, Mont Belvieu and LouisianaThisroleis activelyinvolvedinall aspects ofproduct distributionacross thepipelinesystem to meet the needs of upstream and downstream counterparts.The purityScheduler will managedaily production and storage inventoryto fulfillcontractual obligations,through mitigatingtiming conflictsandcoordinatingreal time changesrelated tostorage inventorytransfers,pipeline, truck, rail and marine logistics.Frequent written and verbal communication withOperations,Purity and Y-Grade marketing,Accounting,andexternal Customerswill be critical todaily tasks The Scheduler plays a crucial role in mitigating risk and creating value for ONEOKthrough effective management ofassets, contractual agreements, and market opportunities.A strong emphasisis placed on developingstrong relationships and providing excellent customer service

A hybrid in-office work schedule is available for this roleDue to the nature of scheduling responsibilities, on-call availability is required including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will vary depending on assigned asset area.

  • Initiate, schedule, review and monitor nominations across storage, pipeline, truck, rail and marine activities.

  • Monitor storage inventory and production rates across assigned operating areas to maintain contractual compliance and minimize imbalances.

  • Serve as liaison between field operations, plant operators and NGL Marketing personnel to plan and execute product movement.

  • For marine operations: support vessel nominations, laytime tracking, dock time scheduling and resolution of demurrage claims with counterparties.

  • Calculate, prepare and analyzemonthly product movement schedules,including nominations, flow rates, daily production volume, capacity utilization, storage balances, inventory positions, and end-of-month closing data.

  • Maintain point of viewon executing desk responsibilitiesthroughstaying current on market fundamentals, internal and peer/customer developments and product inventory balances.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support ONEOK’s commercial objectives and service commitments.

  • Collaborate with other internal departments on analysis, review and implementation of projects that improve scheduling processes and expand scheduling capabilities.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, or accounting with job related experience or equivalent formal education to include a combination of courses such as accounting, business law, business communications, algebra, basic statistics, or speech and the following job related knowledge or experience

Work Experience

  • Experience and thorough knowledge of nomination and scheduling of gas or NGL volumes on a pipeline system

  • Experience analyzing and resolving issues and/or questions concerning scheduling, nominations, balancing, and allocations

  • Experience in use and function of office equipment including mainframe applications and microcomputers and applicable software

  • Experience and/or training related to:

    • Gas purchase

    • Gas control

    • Gas accounting

    • Transportation services

    • Volume control

    • Customer service

    • Pipeline Tariffs

    • NGL Distribution (as specified by position)

  • Experience reading and interpreting applicable contracts, agreements, reports, statements, invoices, confirmations, correspondence, tariffs, government regulations, industry standards, electronic bulletin board communications, and company policies and procedures

  • Experience composing and preparing balancing reports, volume summaries, confirmations, reports, pipeline postings, storage reports, and electronic bulletin board communications

  • Experience analyzing information, conducting meetings, and making presentations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to: apply basic math, algebra, and statistics

  • Ability to: communicate and/or exchange written and verbal information or instructions
