Reporting to the Manager, Staff Engagement, Training, Central Scheduling and Volunteers, the Scheduler is responsible for all administrative aspects of the scheduling process within Regina Exhibition Association Limited. This position is responsible for scheduling staff to fill the operational staffing requirements as determined by management and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement (RWDSU) and the Saskatchewan Employment Act. The Scheduler is integral to ensure staff resourcing meets operational requirements as per management direction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for all administrative aspects of the scheduling process including being the company’s point of contact by preparing, maintaining and distributing accurate and up-to-date work schedules, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements, relevant legislation and corporate scheduling processes by:
Responsible for effective two-way communication with the Managers by providing ongoing internal communications to Manager or designate on staffing requirements and attendance support matters by:

Shift: Monday & Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, and on event days as needed
Salary: $16.08-$24.30
