What you will do?

• Prepare and validate timesheets ahead of payroll processing
• Ensure hours worked, overtime, penalties, and allowances are accurately recorded
• Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll cut-off
• Process leave requests
• Coordinate rostering requests and respond to queries, calls, and emails promptly
• Administer and maintain TimeTarget, including training for managers and team members where required
• Generate reports on staffing levels, attendance, and labour usage
• Analyse trends to improve future scheduling decisions

More about you

• Qualification in Business Administration (or similar), or extensive experience in office administration
• Proven experience with high-volume rostering in a gaming or hospitality environment
• Strong technical proficiency with the ability to confidently navigate software systems
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• Strong understanding of operational requirements within a medium to large organisation
• Previous experience using TimeTarget is highly regarded
