Position Highlights:
This is a full-time position with Holy Cross Medical Group working Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with excellent benefits starting your first day of employment!
What you will do:
Manage a high volume of daily appointments across multiple service lines including infusion, labs, imaging, and consultations.
Interpret oncology treatment plans and translate them into accurate appointment schedules.
Utilize Epic to schedule, modify, and track patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with pharmacy, nursing, and providers to ensure readiness for treatment.
Monitor and follow up on missed or canceled appointments.
Maintain scheduling accuracy and resolve Epic-related issues in collaboration with IT and clinical teams.
