St. Mary's Medical Center is looking for a Scheduler for the Cardiac Cath Lab Under the direct supervision of the Department Manager or designee, schedules procedures in the department, confirms insurance authorization for the procedure and coordinates with Pre-Registration and provider offices to obtain necessary information. .
Qualifications
EDUCATION: High school graduate.
EXPERIENCE: Scheduling and/or authorization experience desirable. Knowledge of neurophysiology and/or sleep medicine procedures optimal.
SKILLS: Must be able to type at least 45 wpm, have basic knowledge of medical terminology, pleasing personality suitable to meeting the public and associating with co-workers.
