Our client is a well-established Brisbane based company operating for over 30 years. They are the HVAC-R hygiene experts, specialising in Ventilation and Air Restoration, HVAC-R Hygiene and Duct Cleaning. Serving commercial contracts in Queensland and New South Wales, trusted by Government, Healthcare ​ , Public and Private Sector Organisations. They are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/ Admin to join their team. As a Scheduler/ Admin, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service calls for their team of technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate jobs for technicians across multiple fields Monitor and track the status of ongoing service requests Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts Provide administrative support to the team and management Requirements To be considered: Proven experience in scheduling (from a services industry) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of Google workspace & Workguru is a plus but not essential Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving Previous experience in HVAC industry is a plus but not required
