Are you a detail-driven professional who thrives on keeping projects on track? Hastings Deering is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our Services Support Team in a permanent, full-time role (Monday–Friday).
You’ll work closely with Project Owners, Supervisors, and Operational stakeholders to build and maintain accurate schedules, track progress, and identify risks early across Hastings Deering equipment (e.g., Machine Rebuilds, Planned Component Rebuild programs, and more).
Beyond individual projects, you’ll work closely with operational teams to embed practical best practice scheduling, helping improve how work flows, strengthening planning discipline and enabling more predictable delivery across the business.
