Job Location: North Charleston - North Charleston, SC 29418
Position Type: Full TimeEssential Duties, Tasks, and Functions:

- The site’s Scheduler is responsible for managing time and resources in order to set appointments for company electricians to complete work orders.
- Uses strong attention to detail to ensure all jobs from builder portals are entered into the Company’s information systems accurately and timely and that all builder requirements are communicated internally and planned for.
- Uses a high level of organization to field builder, vendor, and customer requirements and requests and integrate those requirements and requests with the Company’s and Company’s personnel’s availability and abilities.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing, retrieving information when needed.
- Screening calls, managing appointments, receiving and directing visitors.
- Preparing reports on data collected from information systems.
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets.
- Dispatching and scheduling customer calls for the site.
- Provides excellent external customer service to customers, vendors, and builders, and excellent internal customer service and teamwork.
- Inputs and updates information quickly and accurately into computer.
- Follows and adheres to all Company safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEssential Requirements:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the above-listed duties, tasks, and functions.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential electrical scheduling or related experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, tools, equipment, codes, and safety procedures are strongly preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- The ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
- Proficient with computer software and applications, including Microsoft software.
- Ability to formulate various reports.
- Ability to read and write in English proficiently, including interpreting documents, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, invoices, shipping/packing lists, and materials lists.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in English in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with vendors, service dealers, customers and all levels of company personnel.
