Job Description

Who We Are

Zinfra is a leading partner in the design, build, operation and maintenance of Australia’s energy and utilities infrastructure. Delivering an annual portfolio of more than $1.2 billion, our work helps keep energy flowing safely and reliably to communities across Australia while supporting the nation’s energy transition.

With a workforce of more than 2,800 people, we deliver complex infrastructure, asset management and field services across Australia’s east coast. Our people draw on deep industry experience, an unwavering commitment to safety, and practical innovation to deliver the right outcomes for our clients and communities.

About the Role

As a Scheduler, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining a program of works, coordinating resources and priorities to support safe, efficient and timely delivery.

Working closely with clients, delivery teams and external stakeholders, you'll coordinate schedules, manage competing priorities and help ensure maintenance activities are delivered effectively and with minimal disruption.

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate rolling and annual maintenance activities, ensuring critical works are prioritised and maintenance programs are adjusted in response to changing priorities, disruptions and resource availability
  • Work with clients, delivery teams and external stakeholders to align schedules, minimise conflicts and integrate works into the overall maintenance activities
  • Create, manage and oversee notifications, work orders and work completion applications within SAP, ensuring accurate work tracking, compliance and timely completion of maintenance activities

About You

Are you an experienced Scheduler with a practical background in utilities, infrastructure or field-based operations. You bring a hands-on approach to planning, coordinating crews and contractors, and keeping work programs moving safely and efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Demonstrated experience scheduling maintenance, field or operational activities, preferably within utilities or infrastructure
  • Proven ability to coordinate field crews, contractors and operational stakeholders to deliver work safely, on time and to required standards
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, respond to changing work demands and maintain accurate work schedules
  • Strong computer skills, including SAP or similar work management systems, work orders, reporting and Microsoft Office

Why Work With Us

What we do matters. Delivering safe and reliable energy makes a difference to people’s lives across Australia every day. We are proud to keep communities connected while preparing the nation for a renewable future.

  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements, where role appropriate
  • Recognition through our Incentivise program
