Build Your Career with a Stable, Growing Company

Our client, a well-established building materials company serving residential construction professionals, is seeking a highly organized Scheduler to join its team in Everett, Washington.

The company is known for delivering high-quality products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and creating a positive experience for both employees and customers. With a long-tenured workforce, consistent operations, and a collaborative team environment, this is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stability and meaningful responsibility.

As the Scheduler, you will play an important role in coordinating production timelines, customer deliveries, and communication across multiple departments. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing priorities throughout the day.

What You’ll Love About This Opportunity

• Join a stable, established company with a strong reputation in the residential construction industry.

• Work in a collaborative environment where production and office teams are located together, making communication efficient and accessible.

• Take ownership of an important role that directly impacts customers, production teams, and delivery schedules.

• Build valuable experience in scheduling, production coordination, purchasing, and construction-related operations.

• Receive hands-on training and support from experienced team members.

• Join a family-oriented workplace with long-tenured employees and a strong commitment to employee appreciation.

• Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

• Grow with a company that values reliability, attention to detail, and internal development.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Scheduler, you will coordinate when products will be completed in production and when deliveries will be made to customers. You will serve as a key point of communication between customers, production teams, purchasing, and delivery personnel.

You will monitor schedules, communicate changes, help customers meet construction deadlines, and ensure internal systems and paperwork remain accurate and up to date.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating production completion dates and customer delivery schedules

• Communicating with builders, contractors, homeowners, and internal departments

• Monitoring weekly schedules and identifying potential delays or conflicts

• Updating scheduling systems and production teams when dates change

• Entering upcoming work so department leaders can plan production needs

• Preparing and organizing production paperwork once schedules are confirmed

• Supporting purchasing and production coordination as you become familiar with internal processes

• Responding to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Professional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Comfort working with computers and learning specialized software

• Dependability, adaptability, and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities

• Ability to remain calm and organized when schedules or customer needs change

• Previous scheduling, dispatching, administrative, or coordination experience preferred

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, HVAC, plumbing, building materials, or a similar environment is helpful but not required

Candidates with experience supporting a contractor, working at a building materials supplier, or assisting customers at a professional services desk may be especially well suited for this opportunity.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range of $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

• Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options

• Company-paid life insurance

• Short-term disability coverage available

• 401(k) with company matching

• Profit-sharing eligibility

• Paid holidays

• Paid time off that increases with tenure

• Employee appreciation events and company gatherings

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This position offers more than a traditional administrative role. You will be at the center of daily operations, helping connect customer needs with production and delivery capabilities.

It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping a team keep important commitments. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while building skills that can support long-term growth in scheduling, purchasing, operations, or customer service.
