This role will work in the dynamic and fast-paced world of immersive entertainment. As a Scheduler, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create Events in a Content Management system, in preparation for publishing on the App and Web for ticket on sale for our Cosm venues. In addition, gather marketing assets and provide QA support for the overall volume of Events we have scheduled to achieve our goal of Event execution across Sports and Entertainment.
Responsibilities:
• Support with the daily input of Sports & Entertainment placeholder events - Video, Images, and Metadata into an internal Content Management System.
• Assist the team with tracking all Marketing assets required for programming events via clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional team members.
• Collaborate with the Scheduling and Content Operations team to quality check all events pre and post publishing, which includes videos, images, and metadata to ensure they meet Cosm standards.
• Update details and any changes in the Content Management System to put forward the best customer experience when attending a Cosm event.
• Identify key opportunities to streamline workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Seek out and embrace feedback from your peers and cross-functional teams while providing thoughtful feedback to your team.
• Support and participate in any other ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
• This role requires being on–call in rotation on weekday evenings and weekends where needed.
Experience:
• Education - Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in the Media and Entertainment industry
• Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for delivering quality content to customers.
• Interest in immersive technology and content.
• Curious, excited, relentlessly resourceful, and eager to learn, a passionate team player, with an interest in operational efficiency.
