Schedule aircrew and aircraft resources to specific flights, creating a schedule that adheres to all safety regulations, FAR’s, allows for the best possible owner experience and minimizes cost to the company. Works closely with other departments in the to achieve its goals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assign aircraft resources for each flight
• Exercise delegated Operational Control over the initiation, conduct, and termination of each flight
• Monitor and maintain continuous awareness of the status of each flight
• Confirm crew acceptance of each flight assignment
• Ensure flight following/flight locating occurs when required
• Ensure continuity of information flow within the Scheduling Department
• Ensure all aircraft have valid crew assignments considering currency and qualification requirements
• Monitor crew duty/rest and flight time limits to ensure compliance with 14 CFRs
• Coordinate with all GCC functional groups to ensure support of all flights
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control to assign positioning flights to maintenance facilities
• Input aircraft exclusions/reverse trip locks/trip locks into the Scheduling Grids
• Coordinate the communication of all schedule changes with each GCC group and the OS/CAM Department
• Provide cross-functional support during non-peak activity periods
• Observe applicable safety policies and procedures
• Report hazards/incidents in relation to flight events and the workplace
• Actively participate in Safety Management System
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a 4-year college; 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an aviation/logistics environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of FARs in regard to Part 91, 121, or 135 airline operations is preferred
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn customized company software programs

• Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs
of the business
• Must be detail oriented and able to work productively, independently, or within a team
• Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required
• Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking various
real time situations in a fast-paced environment
• Our operation is 365/24/7 and candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and
holidays as schedule dictates
