Role Purpose
Responsible for Schedule Processes and High Level Risk Analysis and Tools at a Portfolio Level.
Working within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team of a global corporate, you’ll be focussed on Operational activities to de-risk the pipeline at a portfolio level, developing new processes and improving and streamlining existing ones.
What this job involves
As part of a DC Team and reporting to DC Director, the Risk & Schedule Manager will deploy and coordinate the following functions:
Production and maintenance of General Schedule Templates.
Elaboration and maintenance of the Game Plan approval process.
Elaboration and approval of the process and tools for the Mass updates.
Elaboration, tailoring and customizations of Aspirational Schedules from templates.
Update of Aspirational schedule until approval.
Supervision of Schedules produced by PRMs and reviewed by Schedule analyst.
Dedicated support and review to the KPI schedule and review when launched for approval.
Development of tools to do the mass updates.
Supervision of the weekly update of date data in Papp as done by Schedule Analyst.
Supervision of the Archiving of historical aspirational, KPI and updates versions for all projects as performed by Schedule analyst.
Specific training regarding schedule process, GC Progress Curves, Game Plan approval process and CLICKs calls.
Development of Schedule related Crystal Ball to analyze schedules status at a pipeline level to propose actions and mitigations plans to de-risk the portfolio.
Development of the Game Plan Approval process and Template.
Review of the Projects Game Plan to highlight risks jeopardizing Day 1.
Periodic call with Procurement Team to reveal risks of delay, allowing to apply corrective action that ensure Day 1.
Periodic call with PRMs to review projects in terms of risks and to assist them on mitigation actions.
Periodic Platform Team call to de-risk Legacy, Transition and High risk / high value projects.

Schedule KPI definitions and measurement
Assistance during the Our Place development by Six Ideas.
Support to the Team on the implementation of the Our Place into the account.
Development and maintenance of tools that allows the team to measure, monitor and track GC works on site.
Supervision of project tailoring file from the template as done by the Schedule analyst.
Review of the reports as provided by the PRM.
Assistance to periodical workshops to improve coordination with Amazon CIB and ACS.
Development of specific report to control general schedule status of projects at a campus level.
Campus Calls to plan and review interphase of projects from a campus level perspective
Development and project implementation of a tool to understand at high but accurate level Day 1 movements that happened during the entire project life.
Support during the elaboration of the Boom methodology.
Maintenance and update of forensic questions.
Periodic workshops with BI and Clarizen team to adapt the tool for AMZ needs for schedule related tasks
Sounds like you? To apply you need to be:
Educated to degree level in Architecture, Civil Engineer or Industrial Engineer discipline such as Bachelors of Science in Information Technology and/or Real Estate
2 years’ experience in a similar position.
8 years’ experience in the construction sector.
Competent in use of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Able to demonstrate a successful track record as a Project Manager leading Real Estate projects, Risk Manager and Schedule Manager for Offices Projects
Able to travel and have international work experience
Experienced in risk and schedule management in relation to Corporate and customized office projects
Focused on the Client Vision and able to demonstrate understanding of what the impacts on the Client are when any variable is changed and how to communicate it and deal with it to mitigate any negative consequences
A skilled communicator with excellent written and verbal English language skills
PMP certification preferred
