Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for SCG specialist,locatedin Mexico City, Mexico.

TheSCG specialistplays a critical role in driving growth for DePuy Synthes by supporting the promotion and sale of orthopedic products to surgeons and operating room professionals. This role combines clinical knowledge, customer engagement, and data‑driven selling to strengthen surgeon relationships, expand product adoption, and improve patient outcomes. The position offers hands‑on exposure to the operating room environment, meaningful customer impact, and eligibility for sales incentive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support face‑to‑face and remote sales activities with surgeons, OR managers, and associated clinical staff to achieve sales targets.

  • Assistin implementing sales programs, initiatives, and processes aligned with the Clinical Sales –Surgeonsstrategy.

  • Conduct stakeholder engagement by communicating product value, influencing clinical decisions, and delivering comprehensive solutions.

  • Contribute to sales projects and initiatives that strengthen competitive positioning and customer retention.

  • Perform basictrendand pipeline analysis to support continuous improvement in sales execution.

  • Document customer account information andmaintainaccuratesalespipelineand reporting data.

  • Utilize available analytics tools toidentifyopportunities, prioritize accounts, and track progress againstobjectives

  • Build product and clinical knowledge to become a trusted resource within the assigned geography.

  • Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in allcustomerand team interactions.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired(business, life sciences, engineering, or related field preferred).

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 0-2 years ofexperience in sales, commercial support, or a customer‑facing role.

  • Ability to work under close supervision while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clinical stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic sales and pipeline data.

  • Willingness to work in hospital and operating room settings.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to medicaldevice, MedTech, or healthcare sales environments.

  • Experience supporting surgeons orORprofessionals.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales analytics tools.

  • Demonstrated interest in developing a long‑term sales or commercial career within MedTech.

Other:

  • Languages: Spanishrequired; Englishproficiencypreferred.

  • Travel: Regular local travel within the assigned territory; occasional regional travel.

  • Compensation: Eligible for salesincentive commission.

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s licenserequiredfor customer visits.
