Jim Hudson Automotive Group needs to hire an Office Scanner who will be responsible for converting physical documents, products, and records into accurate digital records and tracking entries for our busy dealerships. Responsibilities:

• Perform light clerical duties to support the operation of our daily business including data entry, scanning, and filing.
• Run routine paperwork between multiple dealerships and other businesses.
• Sort, organize, and box physical records for long-term storage or securely shred/dispose of documents in compliance with retention policies.
• Various other duties as required by manager.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Automotive office experience is a plus
• Extremely good organizational skills
• Computer proficient
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced environment
• Punctual, dependable and a person of integrity
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
