This is a very important position to realize improvement activities based on the optimization and visualization of operations at the manufacturing site.
After that, as a member of the operator team of the compounding process (weighing, charging, stirring of raw materials), which is the content manufacturing, we plan to work with the team members on improvement activities.
In order to continuously improve QCD (quality, cost, delivery), we aim to maximize production through on-site information collection, evaluation and analysis.
Eventually, it is possible to experience other processes and challenge occupations such as mechanics, quality assurance, and production control.
