Job Description
The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
1. Based on business development needs, define business objectives and conduct deep dives to refine agency business models, profitability models, and competency frameworks. Collaborate with the business team to explore optimal agency profiles and operating models that maximize efficiency and scale.
2. Responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of short and long-term incentive policies for agencies. Establish and institutionalize efficient execution processes while ensuring business targets are met.
3. Build and refine a comprehensive business analysis system. Effectively measure business performance to provide actionable insights and decision support for policy iterations and core business strategies.
4. Lead cross-team collaborative projects and manage information synchronization both internally and externally. Drive communication and policy implementation with global stakeholders. Optimize end-to-end commercial processes, business quality monitoring, and management standards to ensure compliant and efficient agency operations.
